Obviously, people who commit crimes are guilty of those crimes even if they are never convicted for them. Meanwhile, you seem to be perfectly willing to believe that Trayvon Williams was guilty of assault and battery on Zimmerman, despite the fact that he hasn't been tried for that crime.
