I can't recall the last time a case before the Supreme Court literally terrified me. This case will make or break the United States. If this statute is allowed to stand, or if the very principle that the Commerce Clause is this broad is affirmed, the Constitution is a dead letter.

If the principle is affirmed, repealing Obamacare won't save us. The principle will be enshrined in constitutional law forever, and will free Congress of all reins on its power. Terrifying.
