I have never been a parasite and it certainly does not threaten me. I am quite secure. None of my philosophy has to do with me, only my philosphy of concern for others (as corny as that might sound-lol). I am well off as are my entire family. We have good incomes and medical insurence and educations. My concern, like most liberals, is for the concern of the less fortunate in society. As mentioned, liberals seldom use welfare.
