The attorney for the hispanic fellow should be in touch with the Fed Attorney Florida. He may have made the request by now, but somebody better back up the rump rangers before they do some harm.

Holder and Obama have made it pretty clear that the New Black Panthers are exempt from prosecution, but I don't know how they have gotten by with it.
