There was a time many years ago when neither my wife nor I were covered by health insurance, We looked into a policy for ourselves and our daughter. I was able to find a policy that covered any amount over $5,000.00 per person insured, with guaranteed renewal for less than 1/10 of the cost of a full coverage cadillac coverage. Today, I couldn't find that policy. It is not on the market. Yet for many of us this would be the most effective coverage. lj
