Why isn't Holder's Justice Department doing something about the New Black Panthers putting Bounty on the Hispanic fellow? That is certainly a Civil Rights violation.

The poor guy is one of them, too, a REGISTERED HISPANIC DEMOCRAT, with a minority name of Jorge.

Maybe kenny_troll can represent him pro bono?
