Liberal Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin: "This Was A Trainwreck for the Obama Administration. All of the predictions, including mine, that the Justices would not have a problem with this law were wrong." "This law looks like it's going to be struck down. This law is in grave, grave trouble." Wow. This was apparently a very bad day for ObamaCare. Last night, Toobin & 3 other attorneys were on Charlie Rose's show, and all of them were predicting it might go 7-2 or 6-3 in favor of Obamacare. It sure isn't a done deal but their heads are spinning. What I find funny is that the ONLY justices they could say FOR SURE would vote one way or the other were Thomas (who has been vocal about some of the precedent) and the four liberals. Yet, today, the Left is already starting the bitching about partisanship on the Court. The Republican appointees are all partisan, of course, but not the Democrat appointees.
