Althouse: Aha! I might know why the Solicitor General Donald Verrilli was so bad. I told you last October 2d I had a theory: I have a conspiracy theory, but I won't tell you what it is... ... because I hope the conspiracy — if it exists — succeeds. Some time next year, I'll tell you what the theory was, as this is a conspiracy that will play out within a limited time frame. Don't try to drag it out of me. I am not in this conspiracy, but I don't want to blow the lid off of it. It's has to do with certain political actors seeming to be pursuing one goal, when actually they seek the opposite.
