I think any member of Islam who wants to live in this country should be compelled to swear agreement that Sharia law is subservient to U.S. Constitutional law, when the two differ, and that Sharia law confers no special religious rights beyond those afforded by the Constitution

I think Muslims should be informed that this is the law in the USA, and they agree to it when they take the oath of citizenship. No need for a special oath.
