I am not concerned the stock has not moved up since it allows me to buy more. I try to look strictly at value and not worry about quick stock appreciation FWIW, I sold my BTU last week and bought more of RSH and HPQ. I think my inexperience got me in BTU(A commodity) too early. I still like the stock but I think there is time to buy this. I was valuing it with the high price of coal last year. With the price of coal declining, merger of macarthur and updating their outdated equipment I will wait for a quarter or 2.
