but didn't Obama campaign against the mandate when facing Hillary? It may matter to the people , to voters who opposed it and who flip flopped, but that shouldn't be an issue with the Supreme Court.

Did those republicans get it passed or just talk about it?......Had they passed it, would they have been so gutless to delay the implementation of such a "vital" program until 2014.....Political cowardice, wrinkled old butt covering & job security for the growing ruling elite is nothing new.

The fact is nothing was passed and those republicans you mentioned are far from rising in the party.
