As the year draws to a close, some of the funds may dump IPM to remove this embarrassment from their portfolios. Individual investors are selling to trigger tax losses.

To All:

I don't even know why I am sending this (my last) post on this thread. Possibly a matter
of "closure". I have decided that taking part in this thread instead of helping me with my
investment (information is power) decisions, reinforced all of the bad things that
investors do such as belief in fantasies, rationalizing bad decisions and holding on after a
sell should have been made. I'm sure that there are more, I just can't think of them at
this time.

I "cut bait" last week. I felt that it would be miraculous for this thing (the stock) to turn
around and that the momentum was down. My initial thought was that I could make
some of my money back by trading the stock but I have not seen a point where it looked
even remotely stable on the buy side. Watching the stock on a tick by tick basis had taken
over my life and distracted me from the things that are really important.

With the action in the stock today it can be said that all of the things that we were
holding out for will not happen. Two weeks ago we were all waiting for the news that
would catapult the stock to higher ground...possibly even a quadruple or more. If that
happened today IPM would be at $5...sorry if this is bad news to everyone but I doubt
that it's going there for a while. The short squeeze rally will obviously NOT happen as
the volume has been so great on the downside to provide them every opportunity to get
out when they want to. The $10 mil. financing could almost buy the company now. It
appears that the only real hope would be for a major to come on as a JV partner.

I was so proud that I actually went down to Phoenix to meet with the people of IPM and
others who were investing in the company. I have read that this is the best way to see if a
company really deserves your financial support. The company had the support of some
knowledgeable followers of the industry, newsletter writers as well as some funds.
Although they have proved not to be a "scam", we did not take into account the HUGE
expectations or the possibility that they were inept. The releases, Q & A and the fact that
they have done nothing for the shareholders who have supported them (except for the
wonderful wet bar, sandwiches and croissants) have made me angry at them as well as
myself for my support and belief in the company and the individuals who make up the
company.

To those of you still in this stock, I wish you the best and hope that this thing rebounds so
you can get some money back. I took a considerable loss in this stock but felt it best to
bail as opposed to sitting and rationalizing my paper loss and letting the reality of life
take a backseat. At least I don't have to sit in front of the computer praying for a rebound
or some miracle. I know that we have a couple of good attorneys on the thread and hope
that they will contact me (via e-mail) in the event there is some kind of legal action taken
on behalf of the current and former shareholders.

I will not look back.
Best wishes to all of you. Jeff Lund
