I'll agree that the SC public presentations are a factor in SC Justices' Decisions. Usually the Justices are looking for help from the lawyers with the most difficult legal areas of a case which they are going to have to address in their opinion and a good attorney will have anticipated these areas and give them a line of legal reasoning to apply to problematic areas. I wonder what the betting line is on the health care case, if any, on that web site that handicaps political issues.
