The fact that SC justices repeat some of these arguments shows exactly what kinds of thinkers they are. Not. They are either idiots or assholes. Perhaps even both. I thought Kevin Drum made one of the better points on this when he noted that the five conservative judges have not mentioned prior case law at all. And that's what conservatives are supposed to depend upon. Away with innovation; just keep the familiar tried and true. Yet another signal that these aren't conservatives; but radicals.
