Koan system will work this way, since private colleges will go under there won't be room in the state colleges.

so the kids will go to school for one year and get their PHDs, the teachers will tell them how smart they are and how only really smart people could get a PHD in one year of college.

Pretty much how we run our public schools now

And then these kids will walk around talking like Koan
