Buddy...."And why would anyone want to phone in calls to 9-11 a couple of hundred times in a year or so????????"..... Maybe he should be commended for calling the proper authorities rather than take matter into his own hands and of course the many calls to 911 could indicate that he took his job of neighbourhood watchman very seriously. Wonder how many crimes he may have prevented against innocent people in that neighbourhood..... seems like a thankless job, and not very safe?

Sometimes it is helpful to at least try and get some facts before typing something? ..."Other phone calls alerted law enforcement to alarms or open doors.
