Don't lose sight of the difference between when a deal is reached and when it is released. In ACTV's case (hopefully with TCI) all news releases will be signed off on by the larger company, so we may not see a news release by dec 1 but a deal may very well have been reached at this time. Also of notice TCI has already upgraded their Dallas equipment to digital so EVERYTHING is set to go. Also remember that after a contract has been reached and signed ACTV is pretty much out of the picture, and the ball is in TCI's camp for any further developments. And no matter what "man insane" a.k.a. the mailman says everthing is on track and on scedule. The only scam in town (N.Y.) is the mailman. I still think that Mailman shold call Dr. Laura (1-800- drlaura) and get some therapy. It must be tough too be all alone with no friends in such a big city.
