Oscar, it is my understanding that the stock option is fully (100%) exercisable in four years (2001), i.e. 25% per year. Sterling can only exercise the first 25% a year later, and so on.

I know that this is a common rule for stock options offered by companies. I hope it's the case for BCMD.

Oscar,

No options can be exercised for 1 year. After that, can exercise a percentage equal to the percentage of the $9MM paid in at that time. So, if after 1 year,if Sterling has paid in $3MM, they can exercise 2MM warrants, etc.
