The track record of government run health care is just too, too bad.

Sure, if you look at it from the perspective of program evaluation.

If you look at it as a consumer product, however, it gets great ratings. After all, the consumers/patients/voters are getting something they perceive they badly need and they're getting on the cheap/for free.
