I think the mega-bucks investor wants to keep the company private. Perhaps he'll award you and the Skruem & Leevum staff a few thousand extra pre-IPO shares for your troubles up to date. Assuming, of course, that the vote goes in his favor. Of course, all the details on what happens to the existing executive officers is posted in the Clubhouse.
