"There were "scientists" who argued against the Copernican revolution" the argument used against Copernicus was 'it's settled science' now where have I've heard that before ?

"and I can remember the nuclear industry telling us that radiation was natural," it is natural and there are studies that show sometimes it is good for us and everyone knew cigarettes were bad for you, in the 1930s they called them coffin nails
