You are more realistic than other Dellbulls. However, the market has already decided that unless Dell blows out earnings, then their price is going to continue on the slow slide. The market has said that Dell will come under increasing pressure and competition and Dell has not adressed these concerns. It is all perception and the perception that drove Dell up to nosebleed p+e levels is tapering off. The new perception is now slightly negative but it can worsen.

I like your posts, they are very reasonable. I happen to think the stock will be traded in a range until the next earnings report, 65 -85 is my range.

The bulls on this thread are not realistic in their posts, like "off to the race tomorrow and etc." and the bears are puting too much on the after hour trading. The fact is that Dell has posted a solid quarter, but most of it is alreay discounted in the stock price. I don't see a big move in either direction tomorrow. Dell will probably trade with the market in the next month or so...
