Of course it does. But when the government you just elected tools and lies to you, it's not ENTIRELY the people's fault. The same morons who elected and followed Bush into Iraq now deny even voting for the clown, and are pimping even bigger, more transparent clowns. So, THEY'RE not taking the blame, and have learned NOTHING.
