Their position will probably be the same as Romney's--the Federal govt is restricted from it by virtue of "enumerated powers," but states can do those sorts of mandates.

At least, that is my guess. I'm not saying that they will invalidate it, just saying if they do, that could well be the line they draw.

I don't think so. That is part of that state's right stuff-lol. The right wing always wants to get down to states right's. So they can reinstitue segregation and the burning of witches.

That would be decided under the provisions of the constitution of the state of Mass. by the Mass. SC --if it already hasn't been.
