If I shoot and kill somebody on top of me and they die on top of me, guess what, in order to get up I have to push them off so I have no idea what you think you just proved. Also where did you even get such information from? By the way the Stand Your Ground Law doesn't require that one sustain potentially life threatening injuries before using deadly force. There is no such legal requirement as much as you would like there to be one.
