At least NSA is not permitted to collect on US citizens without a FISA court order, which means they have to jump through some legal hoops.

Can you say the same about China's intelligence services collecting on Chinese citizens?

If there was a Siliconinvestor in China, by now, most members would have been picked up in the middle of the night for a date with a .22 behind the ear.

Hawk--Not sure thats true any more. When they passed the "home grown terrorist law" that indicated any one(even American citizens) who they thought were terrorists could be held w/o access to attorny, judicial system etc. It probably wouldn't require any FISA. I'm not positive and my mind isn't as good as it use to be, but thats what I remember-----Peace
