I agree, but what generally happens with pundits and other loudmouths is they simply declare the next hero of their party bigger than life. Toss the old under the bus unless he/she adds to the current commentary and agrees with the new "hero".

When you make your living as a Pundit, it's hard to switch sides and still make a living. Peggy has a problem.
