[ Anyer: Off-Topic ] I haven't/wouldn't have heard about Fidelity... I like VIP as an actual operating company in Russia --- their service is top-drawer, and Russian culture makes it essential to boast, "But you have ONE cell-phone --- I HAVE TWO!" :-)) Although trading down a bit from the highs earlier this year (like all our beautiful Russian stocks), I think VIP is safe and sound. I'm not in it, but frequently tempted. A cell-phone is more than a "luxury" in those there parts :) (In fact, VIP rates in Moscow are substantially cheaper per-minute than typical hotel rates ($1/min!) for local calls, so it's best to pick up a rent-a-phone at the airport and use it from your room.) bye, .k1b0
