Thats the point, you don't want to make it as good or better than the care people are paying for. Otherwise people will not pay and the system fails.

For the same reason, food stamps should not be used like credit cards at supermarkets. Instead food stamps should be a week supply of milk, flour, eggs, vegetables, and maybe some tofu for protein. I think you would see the use of food stamps dropping. Which brings me back to a question I asked you months ago.

Kenny, do you want to see the use of food stamps going up or going down?

Just about any solution is cheaper than the Obamacare bill. The bill was meant to control not care for people.
