It's a perverse irony that Bush had an approval rating in the low 30's yet more than 40% of the population wants to return to those very same policies, only magnified a few times by the new young Turks in the Republican Party.

Do they really think they will like the results better a second time? That's one definition of insanity, for sure, doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome.

But American politics are mostly stupid and crazy now.

Not only FDR... I think they want to get rid of the VA (Continental Congress, sort of), and sell the national parks (Teddy Roosevelt) and post office (also Continental Congress).
