Why didn't he say anything when the two British tourists were 'killed by a black man' ?

Several ways to say that:

1. " ...killed by a little 16 year old black boy"

2. " ... hunted down and slaughtered by a little 16 year old black boy"

He didn't even say " if I had a son, he would look just like that"

Of course, the victims were white, drunk and walking in the wrong neighborhood.
