Bruce: The press release represents excellent news, IMO. We can now mine and return the tailings. We'll have the or about the most environmentally benign mine in the US, and this in turn should help us greatly in the future if we apply for permits to expand beyond the 5-acre exemption. Perhaps we'll get some positive media coverage because of our clean mine. Maybe state politicians will drop by for photo opps. And those shareholders who were in at AGM time will get some juicy warrants. The latter point effectively silences those who had conspiracy theories that the heretofore lack of warrant news meant that Maxam was going to be the next IPM. Rand
