The reason I raised the question of hypocrisy is that the laws in question were state laws, the state's bailiwick to regulate. These are the same people who have been fussing that Obamacare intruded into the states' bailiwick. It looks like it's OK for the feds to step in and override the states when they are choosing the override but not when they don't. Then they clamor for states' rights.
