Steve: I agree. Barring any really bad news, I will accumulate shares weekly until the price hits one dollar. Then I'll hold tight.

I must mention that I feel the revenues will start gradually. Not all the VLT's and slots will hit at once. And we don't know anything about the accounting system that has been set up. Will Noram receive funds from the lottery on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis? Answers to such questions (regarding precise cash-flow) could have a big affect on what the early quarters will look like. After half a year, things should smooth out. I don't expect the VLT's tp have ANY affect on 4Q '97.

A news release in December saying "first VLT's on-line" might spike the stock up briefly. I think an announcement about the slots being installed and open might have a bigger impact. 150 slots can make a ton of money! My understanding is the slots are still in the final stages of manufacture and will all ship simultaneously when completed.

Anyway, we're waiting for continued good news, but the stock won't make a huge move until revenues show up in SEC filings. Proof is the recent CEO's prediction of VLT earnings. Unfortunately, experienced market investors see this as hype. Only the big boys (Bill Gates) can make such statements and expect the stock to move up.

A great buying opportunity continues...
