Is there any indication where the Seec secondary will be priced? This could create quite an opportunity if stock is available.

Would'nt marry SEEC however as I heard ZMAX's "windowing product" was chosen over SEEC's by Lehman Brothers.

According to my family source with a key job in a large y2k solution provider there is so much unused factory remediation capacity that prices are dropping rapidly. I would expect very disappointing December quarter earnings from many factory remediation companies.
