A bounty on performing a citizen's arrest??

Sounds like Reality TV, on FOX. Rupert???

Calm down.

Ironically, the Black Panther's were the earliest passionate "Second Amendment" defenders I encountered -- as far back as my high school in Oakland. They weren't as scary to us (Raiders, Willie Mays and Jimi Hendrix obsessed) kids as the Oakland Police, Hells Angels or the various cults in town during those years. That would make a good topic.

Then the SLA made everyone see the even the Panthers as moderates -- some Panthers went to prison, but several went on to be lecturers at local and nationally prominet colleges. And the scary Gray Panthers took their name... Imagine... Panthers marching in Berkeley parades between the The Naked People and VW Bugs with beaks, covered wiith turqoise stones. Oh, the Humanity!!

(Oh and some of our kids became Oakland Police, now happily retired and immune from traffic tickets, since their early fifties.) Relax..
