Unbelievable.

ACORN is all over the health care bill.

I don't thin the point about limiting health care expenses to $5k to $10k a year is true. But a lot of the points about the HHS secretary getting to decide things are true.

In a multi-thousand page monstrosity like this there are obviously going to be all sorts of hard to find but negative stipulations. And beyond those directly in the bill, the bill also has all sorts of power for HHS to decide things, so even if a particular negative idea isn't mandated by the bill HHS can add it later.

Even if I wanted the feds to spend a lot more and have a lot more power over health care (and I don't) this law is a really lousy way to do it.
