Not for the specific "this" he mentioned. There was no fine to pay, and there was no federal requirements for broad coverage of conditions and for covering pre-existing conditions driving up the costs of insurance, so as long as employees favor insurance over the monetary compensation they could have otherwise received, and as long as providing insurance is taxed advantaged, plenty of companies would (and did) provide health insurance to their employees.

But having done that, you best start figuring out what to do next.

That's a good idea, because there are plenty of areas that can be improved, PPACA is not the only problem. But repealing it is a positive step in itself, not just for constitutional reasons or for individual liberty or because its unpopular, but also in terms of health care in the US. Its only a first step, and more than one step is needed, but it is doing something positive.
