"Without AARP support, there would have been no Part D coverage and no reduction in the donut hole."

I understand that AARP was against Part D before they were for it. They became in favor of it after they helped rewrite it and made it very favorable to the insurance industry. There's a real question if AARP represent seniors or represents the insurance industry. Ever notice how big they are in the insurance business?
