He will know he isn't going to win legitimately in the weeks leading up to the election. What stunt will he pull? A false flag attack? Attack Iran? He was pretty straight forward about winning for SURE with NO DOUBTS to the Russians in South Korea. How would he KNOW he is going to win in advance of the election? That 's what he said, fully recorded.
