i have visited people far from me in buffalo a few times.

wegmans is an incredible store.

i know great food stores. i know manhattan and wealthy areas.

wegmans is an unusually good supermarket.

it has great cheese, coffee, salad, ethnic foods, fish, meat.

it is a standout like fairways, whole foods, etc.

some neighborhoods have gourmet specialty shops for bread, coffee, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, etc. wegmans has very high quality and choice for a supermarket and has low supermarket prices.

If you run into something like this, best bet is to go to the manager and tell him you are furious about it, you realize it was probably installed by his management, that you spend X amount there every year and you will not be spending it there any more.

I stopped in a Walmart for some salad dressing this morning and decided to buy some shorts while I was there. I approach a clerk in the dept who was stocking men's clothes for help and when I did she smiled and pointed to her nametag which read, "I AM DEAF."

I nodded at her and tried to find what I was looking for on my own. And I thought, "what the hell is wrong with this picture?" If they want to hire the handicapped, that's fine. But put them where they can do the job they are assigned.
