Who was suggesting that? You have here a dichotomy though - where those saying health care cost too much also demanding unlimited care for everyone. If you want every baby to be born no matter what the cost to society - then you have to figure out how to pay for that. Premature tiny infants today can be kept alive - not by God, but by science. Many of the smallest of these babies will need a lifetime of care. Who pays? Who pays if there is no insurance?

Come on, lets hear an answer. This isn't about death panels - its about how to afford a runaway cost.
