Hi Webb

"do you think that we will be able to pick up any QNTM as $26
in the near future?"

Yes, probably today or tomorrow.
Dell reported what I think to be good earnings, and normally would have been sufficient to lead a rally in the computer related sector.
However the Nikei reacted badly on the Yamaichi news today, and this news is likely to swamp all other news for now.
Acc to a news report this morning, If the Nikkei goes below 15500 it will leave many Japanese financial institutions very short of cash. This could lead them to start drawing in foreign debts and cashing equities. This is the biggest single danger. If that starts happening then $26 will seem like a dream IMO

Alan
