Russian's are used to getting things for nothing from Obama. Why should they pay for it? Putin would rather have another cold war. interesting though, Bill and Hillary did spend some time in the old Soviet Union.

The most important part of that post is at the end.

The whole point of the Nuclear shield between the Nato countries is to protect them to protect
them from the threats that could arise from Russia. So why give control to Russia?

Of course Hillary and Obama would like this to be done before the election in case Obama
is not elected.

Hillary has been wielding a lot of unseen power as Secretary of State--------what next will she do.

"The United States and NATO have offered Russia a role in the project to create an anti-ballistic shield that includes participation by Romania, Poland, Turkey and Spain.

But Moscow says it fears the system could weaken Russia by gaining the capability to shoot down the nuclear missiles it relies on as a deterrent.

It wants a legally binding pledge from the United States that Russia's nuclear forces would not be targeted by the system and joint control of how it is used."
