“We find it completely unswallowable, both as Catholics and mostly as Americans, that a bureau of the American government would take it upon itself to define ‘ministry,’” Archbishop Dolan says. “We would find that to be—we’ve used the words ‘radical,’ ‘unprecedented’ and ‘dramatically intrusive.’”

There’s a new trend here. Instead of “hope and change” we now have “creepiness and deceit.”

Nobody should be surprised. Really, this has been Obama's MO all his life. Carol Platt Liebau described the same method when O was President of Harvard Law Review: he would listen politely to the views of the conservatives on the Law Review. Their views would then be totally disregarded. O thought (and still thinks) that in listening to such retrograde views he had gone beyond the call of duty, and was now free to excoriate conservatives for not 'working with him', i.e. dropping their views in favor of his.
