Pretty standard procedure for an investment bank to start coverage after a secondary. Gotta make those buyers happy...too bad its not helping.....CDRD 18 7/8, down 1/2, even with a "buy" rating.....CDRD has no legs, IMHO, and is headed lower...........;^)

By the way, did you notice the side stepping of the issue of WHEN in the Lehman report? "Wallace said in research note he estimates company could have 1.2 million subscribers paying $10 per month by the end of the first year." He does NOT say WHEN the first year is (probably 2000 at best) and he does not indicate that there is as of yet, NO product, NO infrastructure, and NO receiving devices.............the stock is down to 18 3/4 on a Lehman 'BUY' rating...that ought to tell you what an overpriced stock this is...;^)
