I always love how Bush gets tarred with the full cost of the tax cuts yet Obama always wants to continue 2/3 to 3/4 of them.

OT late 90s were a unique time since fleecing all these S.E. Asians countries' as as capital flew into the OECD countries in the wake of Asian Meltdown.

Lots of people long for a flight to quality those days too. Only that this time they smarted up, paid their debts and piled reserves sky high
