Steve,
You are correct assuming the company's financials are audited -- the street will not take them too seriously until that happens. Is it? Anyone? I am very happy with this stock -- looks like a great one.
Also EPS is based on all outstanding shares.

Steve, the additional shares that were issued to bring the float up to
the current count of approx 7MM did not increase the total outstanding
and therefore will not affect the estimates.
