Almost every western nation, something like 30 or 40 of them have universal health care of one type or another. Everyone but us, the richest one.

Why can everyone else get it done but us?

Are we the stupid country?

But there are some things that government has to direct; the interstate hiway for instance - or putting a man on the moon. Are those bad uses of the government? As to medical care; the government isn't "doing" medical care. The drs aren't federal employees (like the post office for instance) and the hospitals aren't run by the government (in most cases).
