I'm just trying if Steve is willing to reduce entitlement spending or not.

I "gave" him the 33% cut in current defence spending which was a (20%/3) 6.7% true cut from todays spending, so that he would have to focus of the rest of the federal budget spending to decide whether to cut it by 25% or to raise taxes by 25%.

I didn't really get an answer (yet).
